In a one-on-one breathwork session, you'll be guided through a safe, supportive journey designed around your unique needs and intentions. Here's what to expect:

Opening & Intention Setting: We’ll begin with a grounding chat to explore what’s going on for you right now, and what you’d like to shift, feel, or focus on.

Guided Breathwork Journey: You’ll be led through a series of conscious breathing patterns to support emotional release, nervous system regulation, or deep relaxation—depending on your intention. This may be paired with gentle sound, touch, or energy work.

Integration & Reflection: After the practice, we’ll take time to reflect and integrate. This closing moment supports you in processing what came up and anchoring the benefits into your daily life. I’ll also follow up after the session to support continued integration.
